Through national and international collaborations, MUBAS ODeL ensures that students can study anytime, anywhere, using innovative digital tools and self-paced learning systems.
The ODeL Department was formally established in April 2023 with the appointment of Dr. Annie Tamara Chizengo (PhD) as its first Head, following initial coordination by Dr. Rabson Mgawi (PhD) from 2019 to 2023.
MUBAS ODeL works closely with development partners such as SAVE, SHEAMA, THES, and the Commonwealth of Learning, leveraging their expertise and resources to deliver world-class learning experiences.
