Master of Science in Civil Engineering is a programme that equips students with advanced conceptual understanding, detailed factual knowledge, and specialist technical skills in Civil Engineering. The programme has common modules, and specialised elective modules leading to specialisation in any of the following five pathways:
Admission Criteria Requirements
- Applicants must have a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any related discipline from an accredited institution of higher learning.
- Applicants with a pass must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- For applicants with grade point average (GPA), the requirement is a minimum GPA of 2.5.
Duration and Tuition Fees
This is a two-year program comprising four semesters. Tuition fees for students from Malawi and other SADC countries are US$1,625.00per semester, while students from non-SADC countries pay US$1,875.00 per semester.
