Drawing on challenges in maternal and child health from Malawian hospitals, a menu of problems will be offered. A panel of Malawian biomedical engineers and clinicians will judge solutions and provide feedback to student teams. Students will also have the opportunity to learn more about new health technologies designed by engineering students at Malawi Polytechnic.
