Candidates should have Bachelor of Science Degree with at least a Credit and an outstanding undergraduate record in Engineering Materials, Material Science, Solid Mechanics, and Strength and Properties of Materials for the position of Staff Associate

Those applying for Lecturer level must have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least credit and Master of Science or a PhD in Engineering Materials

Candidates applying for Senior Lecturer level and above must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least credit and Master of Science or a PhD in Engineering Materials plus relevant publications.
