The module also introduces students to the concept of business ethics, an overview of major ethical issues that businesses face today, and a discussion of moral philosophy through an understanding of classical and contemporary ethical theories.Law of Business OrganizationsThis module equips students with understanding of the law that regulates the formation, subsistence, and dissolution of various forms of business organization.
