School of Business and Economic Sciences (SoBES) Inaugural Research Dissemination Conference - Call for Abstracts

The Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS) through the School of Business and Economic Sciences (SoBES) will host the inaugural SoBES Conference under the theme “Harnessing Sustainable Prosperity”. The conference provides a platform for educators, researchers, policy makers and stakeholders to reflect the role of business, economics, finance and law in advancing the economy of Malawi towards the achievement of the Malawi 2063 strategy. SoBES recognises the need for the research outputs to be disseminated to the key stakeholders. It is against this background that the School of Business and Economic Sciences is calling upon all researchers to submit abstracts for completed or on-going research for presentation at the 1st SoBES Conference scheduled to take place on 5th February, 2026 at MUBAS Main campus in Blantyre.Conference ThemesMain Theme: Harnessing Sustainable ProsperitySub Themes and AreasA. All abstracts should be on standards A4 papers, 1.5 spaced and font must be 12 point and Times New Roman.
