Master of Science in Environment and Development
Admission Criteria Requirements
Applicants must have any of the following degrees: Bachelor of Science in Land Economy/Real Estate, Geography, Environmental Studies, Development Studies, Community Development, Physical Planning, Education, or any relevant built environment degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.
Applicants with a first degree and a pass in a field other than those specified above must possess at least two years of work experience in land governance.
Duration and Tuition Fees
The program has a duration of two years, comprising four semesters. Tuition fees are set according to regional classification: students from Malawi and other SADC (Southern African Development Community) countries pay US$1,375 per semester, while students from non-SADC countries pay US$1,625 per semester.
